Schumacher Did NOT Crash Ferrari Prototype

We reported yesterday that Michael Schumacher might have crashed the new Ferrari prototype while testing it on the Nurburgring track - but according to Ferrari it was not his fault. Ferrari released statements stating that while Schumacher had been testing the car he was not driving at the time of the accident.

Raffaele de Simone - the factory’s road car test driver - was the one driving when the prototype crashed into the guardrail traveling at 250 km/h. The car has been described as a right-off though it does not seem to have been damaged too much.
