PPI Fine Tunes Audi TT

Written by tonks on May 20, 2008

Audi TTPPI has always jumped at the opportunity to tune up an Audi and has always been able to do it better than most could. Their next project is the new Audi TT.

The new package for the second generation coupe is called the PS and will offer a variety of upgrades for the suspension, engine, and the exhaust. First off we will start with the changes that were made t the exterior.

The exterior of the Audi TT was given new pieces that would improve upon the aerodynamics of the car. It was given new front fascia, rear diffuser, side skirts, and a rear spoiler. All of these new parts will help to improve the air flow surrounding the car. Carbon fiber trim pieces will be available.

The 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 has been bumped up to 245 bhp at 5,100 rpm and an impressive 270 lb-ft torque that is complimented by a new exhaust system with quad tailpipes.

Other mods available include sport springs, PPI Formula wheels, sport steering wheel, and a big brake kit that is currently under development. While not as over-the-top as Abt’s TT-R, we appreciate the PS TT’s subtle OEM look.
