Paris Hosts First Ever Saint-Cloud Concours

Written by tonks on July 2, 2008

Saint-Cloud ConcoursParis has never held a Concours d’Elegance before – which is a pity because many believe that it would be home to a few spectacular supercars. The LVA group felt the same way and put together their own concours to make up for it. The event was hosted at the Saint-Cloud national park thus earning it the show name Saint-Cloud Concours.

The LVA had the priceless Bugatti Royale from the National Collection driven to the event to start things off. Undoubtedly, it created a huge buzz on the road and down the main drag in Paris. For next year, the organizers are trying to arrange an even larger convoy of Royales flanked by Veyrons.

Another impressive display was organized by the the Lorraine-Dietrich club. They brought out a LeMans winner as well as 18 other examples of this rare marque.
