Mercedes Shows Off SLS AMG At Frankfurt

I love pretty much any type of supercar that is out there (almost every type). The fact that they are equipped with lots of power and are great to look at makes them appealing. But there is one manufacturer in particular that I am always ready to see new and exciting things from – Mercedes.
During the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show I was not disappointed and was happy to get a report and some high resolution shots of the brand new SLS AMG. The newest supercar from Mercedes-Benz was showed off with a brilliant red color that helped to attract the attention of people walking by.
Underneath the hood lies a 6.3 liter engine that is able to push out 571 horsepower and allows for a 47/53 weight
distribution. Mercedes placed the engine further back than what is normal – but this works well with the design of the car – which appears to have an elongated front. With all that power it is able to go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.8 seconds.
It also comes equipped with yellow calipers and carbon rotors and a new interior. Put everything together and the supercar has power and a great design and appearance that will make anyone jealous and eager to own one. There is talk of an electric version to come out within the next couple of years and we are eager to see it.
