Lamborghini Reventon Flies Over Turin, Italy

Written by tonks on June 10, 2008

Lamborghini ReventonIt isn’t very often we get to see a Lamborghini flying through the air! This particular Lamborghini wanted to make an entrance in order to make a big impression on the people at Turin, Italy. So it was decided that the Reventon would be flown in using an Italian military helicopter.

The helicopter flew it in and placed it on the roof of the Lingotto building. The conference, which was hosted by Lamborghini and about the Italian automaker, was called “Lamborghini and speed – a project in record time”. The conference focused on how Lamborghini was able to develop the Reventon quickly and attended by “local, international and academic VIPs” as part of a larger conference called “Turin 2008 – World Design Capital”.

They definitely made an impression on the people who attended the conference. It’s a good thing the Lamborghini was able to stay attached to the helicopter and didn’t fall to its death. That would definitely have left a mark on people.
