GTbyCitroen Could Possibly See Production

Holy cow what a car, but… could a car like this actually see production? Quite possibly, at least according to French carmaker PSA Peugeot-Citroen’s chief designer Jean-Pierre Ploué. Look familiar? Well, it should… the car was originally designed for Sony’s GT5 video game.
So Gran Turismo lists this supercar as having 782 horsepower – some of that coming by way of a hydrogen fuel cell system. The body is futuristic and tips the scales at a paultry 3,000 lbs. Enjoy a set of cool 21″ panty-dropper rims, gullwing doors and an oversized rear end, along with a bunch of really overpriced technology. Details are scarce, as are performance numbers and a release date (if any). The press release did mention the car’s entire drivetrain was electric, which is pretty cool.
No word on pricing of course, though it’s sure to be more expensive than buying a PS3 and the game. What the hell though, it’s only money. Anyone got a million bucks I can borrow?
