Frem Creates Lebanon’s First Supercar
Written by tonks on September 22, 2008
For three long years Frem has worked hard at creating the ultimate supercar. They finally completed the design and fabrication of the F1 prototype and have plans to debut it during the Detroit Auto Show in January of next year. They have given the prototype the name of F2.
The supercar is powered by a VW-sourced 2.0 liter four-pot – which is connected to an Audi gearbox. This allows it to reach a top speed of 124 mph. Frem has plans for this first Lebanese supercar to beat out Ferrari – but in order to do that they need to add more power and luxury to it.
When it comes to the design of the car we have to admit that it needs more work. The front end resembles Frem’s marque. However, the massive upright scnoz and the gaping air intakes will not appeal to the European pedestrian impact standards.
Frem has a lot of work in order to make a supercar that is worth showing off in January. Back to the drawing board.

Holy FUCK that is an ugly car.
I’m really interested to see what this bad boy can do…. Although I’m hoping it’s just a typo when you said it has a top speed of 124mph… not exactly supercar status.
Btw, I’m running a promotion for BP that I think you might be interested in. Shoot me an email if you want more info.
How can they call that a supercar? It looks ugly, and with only a 4 cylinder engine it’s not worth the name supercar.
