Gullwing SLC Will Not Wear Mercedes Badge

Mercedes Gullwing SLCMercedes tuning has been working on the new Gullwing SLC supercar for quite some time now – but rumor has it that it while it might look like a Mercedes it will not be sporting the Mercedes badge. Apparently Mercedes will be giving it the AMG badge instead.

Rendering Of SLR McLaren Speedster

SLR McLaren ‘Speedster’We have been able to show off spy pictures of the new SLR McLaren ‘Speedster’ (whether or not that will be the official name has not yet been determined) – but this new illustration gives us a much better view to look at. The rendering was drawn up by Jon Sibal.

Sibal stated that the headlights are the only exterior feature that will be taken from the previous model of the SLR and given to the new. The hood is flatter and the nose of the supercar has been designed similar to the formula racing cars from McLaren/Mercedes.

New Spy Shots Of Mercedes SLC

Mercedes SLCSpy shots have been caught of the new Mercedes SLC. So far we know that the new supercar will have gullwing doors – but beyond that we have very little information. It is believed that the new car will be priced around $200,000 and will be powered by the V8 6.3 liter engine that can push out 600 horsepower.

At this point, however, it’s still anyone’s guess what the final specifications will be. We will of course keep you posted if we hear anything new.

Mercedes-Benz Releases New Ad Propaganda

Mercedes SLK65 AMGMercedes-Benz has released their new propaganda advertisement. It shows consumers what goes on behind the factory doors and the men who put it all together to bring you the end result.

As much as we love to look at a Mercedes we have to admit that this new ad is a bit cheesy and long. The music picked for the song was a little too 1980’s classic rock and didn’t quite keep you interested or entertained. Don’t worry though guys we still know you are the best and we agree with your motto “That’s How We Beat Them All.”

Spy Photos Of 2010 Mercedes E-Class

2010 Mercedes E-ClassOver the weekend spy photographers were hard at work catching the 2010 Mercedes E-Class. The new Mercedes was covered in heavy camouflage – but it still allows us to see the contours of the car.

Although, we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see either the headlights or taillights of the model, as both still remain masked under a cloak of secrecy. Nevertheless, I think I speak for the majority of E-Class owners when I say the development of the new sedan seems to be coming along splendidly.
