Maybach Blends With Mercedes

September 24th, 2007

Maybach LogoWhen it comes to the future of Maybach we don’t know what will happen. Mercedes seems to be taking it to new levels and people aren’t so sure that these ideas will fly very well with the consumers.

Like why they would drop over $300-large on a tarted-up last-gen S-Class, Maybach dealers in the U.S. may be asking if it’s smart business. According to Automotive News, M-B originally intended to sell 500 Maybachs each year from the over 70 dealers spread throughout the U.S., with each of them required to drop over $500k on a special “studio” where well-to-do shoppers could individually customize their ‘Bach. But the results since the brand’s launch in 2003 have been less than stellar, with only 778 vehicles finding homes over the last three-and-a-half years.

Maybach 57 S EngineWhen you first glance at the 2007 Maybach 57 S you cna imagine someone rich and elegant riding inside with a chaffuer as their driver. It may not seem like your usual sports car above the hood, but surprisingly enough it is something that people enjoy especially in America.

Discreet and tasteful exterior features accentuate the decidedly dynamic presence of the new Maybach 57 S. These include a modified front end with a strikingly redesigned radiator and lighting units, attractive 20-inch spoked wheels, discreet “57 S” lettering on the wing beneath the A-pillars and on the boot lid, and single-tone paintwork in the black or silver color tone reserved for the model 57 S.

Unbeatable Maybach Exelero

August 4th, 2007

Maybach ExeleroThe Maybach Exelero is one of those vehicle that if you don’t see with your own two eyes you have a hard time beleiveing that it is real. But have no fear it is very real and very expensive. This one of a kind vehicle was created with the help of Mercedes, Maybach, and Fulda, the German tire manufacturer. And when I said it was expensive…imagine 8 million dollars expensive!
