Lamborghini To Enter The Race

Ferrari And LamborghiniLamborghini and Ferrari make similar supercars. At least to us they seem similar. They are both full of luxury and have the power that can send us to our destination in half the time if we could naturally go that fast.

However, there are certain differences. Lamborghini has never had the racing credentials and reputation that Ferrari has worked so hard to gain. This year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance highlighted Lamborghini as a featured marque, and the guys over at Garage419 had a chance to talk with Stefan Winkelmann.


Limited Number Of Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 To Be Available On Release

Lamborghini LP560-4The new Lamborghini LP560-4 has been equipped with a V10 power plant 5.2 liter engine, new sheet metal, and upgraded suspension. All of these new enhancements will help to increase performance.

Weight has been shaved from the outgoing model, making the new car a full 20kg lighter. Combined with a gain of 29kW, incremental improvements in grip and aerodynamic plus an improved transmission, the LP560-4 is an accumulation of moderate performance upgrades that come together to form a cohesive whole that substantially improves the car’s overall capability.


Lamborghini Zagato Raptor To Be Auctioned Off At Pebble Beach

Lamborghini Zagato RaptorThe Lamborghini Zagato Raptor is a one-off concept car that was revealed back in 1996 during the Geneva Auto Show. The mechanics for the car was taken from the Diablo VT - but it kept the 492 horsepower V12 engine.

The design, which Zagato appears to have echoed with the Spyker C12 concept, features the carrozzeria’s signature double-bubble roof that tilts up with the doors not unlike the canopy on Pininfarina’s Maserati Birdcage or Giugiaro’s Quaranta concepts.


930 Horsepower Heffner Lamborghini Gallardo

Heffner Lamborghini GallardoJason Heffner makes it his job to produce fast cars that can out drive anything on the road and would rival those that are found on some of the largest race tracks. Some might remember the twin turbo Ford GT that was built by Heffner and could reach 222 mph in a standing mile?

His latest project is this twin-turbo Lamborghini that’s putting down 930 horsepower and 762 lb-ft torque at the wheels. This particular owner also wanted to cut some weight, and added a carbon fiber deck lid and rear diffuser, race seats, and lightweight wheels.


Lamborghini Owner Flies LP640 3,000 Miles For Oil Change

Lamborghini LP640You can tell when someone truly loves their car by how much they put into making sure that it is in the best possible condition. This was proven when a very wealthy man from Arab shipped his Lamborghini LP640 to London. The trip was a total of 3,250 miles and after the plane ride it was driven by truck to the nearest Lamborghini dealership.
