Volkswagen Releases Base Model For Scirocco
Volkswagen is encouraging consumers to drive their Scirocco. In order to accomplish this they are doing what they can on their end to make this happen. When the Scirocco was launched it was available only in the up-level GT trim.
Now they have made it available in a base form that starts at an affordable £18,790. Yet, this happy ending is not happy for everyone. The new model will not be available to those in the U.S.
Toyo Uses Continental-based Tetsu GTR To Show Off Tires At SEMA
Toyo has recruited dozens of tuners to produce six SEMA worthy models that will be able to show off their range of track ready tires. Among the line-up is the Bentley Continental-based Tetsu GTR – which is not particularly impressive to us (style-wise) though it can push out 800 horsepower. However, the other models are more appreciated and more to what we look for in SEMA.
Mazda Reveals Details On 2009 MX-5
Pictures and details have been released for the 2009 Mazda MX-5. The pictures show a soft and hard top model of the roadster. On these models we can clearly see that the front end has been remodeled and it looks like they took a few design cues from the RX-8. You can also see a redesigned rear bumper and new taillights have been added.
