1935 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic
The 1935 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic was built to be a high performance car. Bugatti has plans for it to be mass produced without losing any of its inherent qualities and without losing its exclusive rights.
Under the hood the 57SC was equipped with an 8-cylinder 3.3 liter engine that features twin overhead cams and was set at a 90 degree incline. It was built with 15” wheels and drum brakes. It is true that it was a simple design – but for its time the quality was high and none like it could be found.
Bugatti To Reveal Veyron Targa In Pebble Beach
Bugatti announced that they will be revealing the covers off the anticipated Veyron Targa in the middle of August during the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The production for the supercar will begin in 2009.
The Veyron Targa will be given a removable hardtop that has been built with an expandable fabric cover that clips into place. The top speed of the new Veyron will be 217 mph.
Bugatti To Reveal The Next Veyron In 2012
When Bugatti released the Veyron we were not only impressed with it – but we were blown away by the power of its quad-turbo W16 that was able to push out 1000 horsepower and to reach the speed of 250 mph. No other supercar has been able to surpass it yet – but the engineers at Bugatti are going to have to work hard to figure out how.
Bugatti Gives U.S. Customers First Chance To Purchase Sang Noir Veyron
Bugatti if offering the new limited edition Sang Noir for $1.5 million. Customers who are looking to get their hands on one of these exclusive cars – but many are afraid that they are going to miss their chance again.
Last year customers from the U.S. were not able to purchase the Pur Sang because it sold out to a group of European customers from Paris. Because of this Bugatti has promised that the U.S. will have the first chance to purchase one or more of the fifteen Sang Noir Veyrons that were produced.
Exclusive 2008 Salon Privé
This is the third year of the Salon Privé – London’s most exclusive and largest motor show. At the event there will be close to 120 classic and modern supercars that will be up for display on the lawns at the Hurlingham Club. These will include some supercars that have just recently been released which include the Maserati GranTurismo S, Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe, Bugatti Veyron Hermes, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, and the Antas.
