We have secured a spy shot of BMW’s newest creation the X6 5.0iS. It is a bit of a confusing name and many of us are still trying to work out what it means or entails. According to sources underneath the hood lies a twin-turbo version of the 4.4 liter V8 that can push out 500 horsepower. This is the same engine that will be used in the next M5.
Port Authority Restricts Access Of BMW Hydrogen 7
The New York Times Test drove the BMW Hydrogen 7 and ran into a few snags while trying to enjoy the ride from Port Authority of New Jersey and New York. Port Authority told the reporter that they were not allowed to drive through the Holland, Lincoln tunnels, or the George Washington Bridge.
As The Times put it, “Historically speaking, it’s fair to say that the last hydrogen-dependent German flagship that docked in New Jersey left a lasting impression.”
Classic BMW M1
Some of us are into the newer BMW and fell in love with the M1 concept the first time we saw it. However, there are some of us who prefer the classics and one of the better one was this M1 classic that was produced in the middle of the 1970’s.
The M1 was produced custom made for the Prime Minister of Qatar. Right now it has low miles, is in pristine condition, and is waiting for a new owner. We wonder who it will be.
BMW Z4 Hardtop Rendering
AutoExpress decided to take on a new project – the BMW Z4. It features a retractable hardtop – but it will still use a cloth roof on the entry-level models. It comes with the naturally aspirated four and six cylinder powerplants.
2009 BMW X6
When the BMW X5 was first introduced it became a success quickly due to its ability to handle well on the road and to offer drivers the luxury they look for in a car. It also brought on competition from Porsche Audi and Volkswagen to produce their own luxury SUV’s. In order to keep ahead of the game they followed with the X3 – which was a smaller version of the X5.
