Audi To Sell Two Supercars Of Their Choice In U.S.
Audi has a plan to sell 1.5 million cars around the world every year by 2015. In order to do this they understand that they have to be popular in the United States. That is why they are planning on selling 200,000 units to Stateside consumers annually. A portion of those sales will be coming from a small CUV.

Audi has been teasing us with their short explanations of the two new vehicles that they will be showing off at the North American International Auto Show that is being held in Detroit. They have described one of the vehicles as ‘stunning’ and the other one as a new production car.
Porsche And Audi Ready To Expand Dealerships
Audi and Porsche are making plans to close the gap in the market by expanding their dealerships. Their goal is to push out the other competitors with their brand new supercars and now with their new showrooms that will be popping up everywhere.
Audi sales chief Ralph Weyler wants to bring the number of showrooms to 3,000 worldwide by 2011 at the latest from a current level of 2,700, he told German magazine auto motor und sport. This would bring the number of Audi showrooms on par with rival BMW – which has no plans at present to increase its number of sales points past 3,000.
Audi A1 To Be Displayed At Tokyo Motor Show
Audi’s new A1 will be unique to the industry and will not share the aluminum construction of the A2, which did not hit it off with consumers. They have decided to go with the steel PQ24 platform. The design will stay true to the way Audi likes to make their vehicles look.
