Aston Martin Makes The DBS Available
After showing the ultra sleek DBS off to consumers at the Pebble Concours d’Elegance, Aston Martin felt that it was time to give the people what they want. They have finally made it available to consumers everywhere.
With company head Ulrich Bez and the car piloted by Daniel Craig in the James Bond movie Casino Royale in attendance, the announcement was made at the official opening of the Aston Martin centre in Cape Town on Tuesday. “The DBS delivers the complete driving experience and bridges the gap between our road and track cars, the DB9 and DBR9.”
Aston Martin Creates Watch To Unlock Car
When they first came out, remote car starters were popular and everyone wanted to have one. But now they aren’t as popular and they seem boring and old to us. Which is why Aston Martin has changed the look of the key-less entry and made it more appealing for everyone.
When you’re dropping $332,000 on a 510hp DBS, you want a feature that can’t be found on a Ford Winstar. Which is why Aston Martin created the Jaeger Le Coultre wristwatch to unlock, and start, your Aston Martin DBS. Giving you a 007 secret spy feel.
Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400
Aston Martin has been waiting for the moment when they could boast their new supercar, the V8 Vantage N400. They created this car with an extra dose of 10kW and 10Nm to give it the ability to lap even the fastest of race cars.
Technical improvements include a power upgrade to Aston Martin’s 4.3 litre V8 engine, lifting peak power to 400 hp and peak torque to 310 lb-ft. In addition to the power upgrade, the N400 is also equipped with a sports pack consisting of refined suspension improvements such as up-rated springs and dampers and a new rear anti-roll bar, there are also lightweight graphite-finished aluminium wheels.
2006 Aston Martin Vantage
The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a great looking two seater sports car that can’t go wrong. It is comfortable, drives great, and even though it may have a few problems it is still something that people look forward to driving.
Though much of the structure, chassis, and dash is shared with the DB9, the mechanical differences are telling. In place of the DB9’s V-12 is a new V-8. At 4.3 liters, it’s a compact engine, and so it’s been mounted a long way back in the frame, entirely behind the centerline of the front wheels.
2008 Aston Martin DBS
Aston Martin is prepared to take the 2008 year by the horns and impress consumers with their enviable 2008 DBS. We were able to catch a glimpse of this new vehicle in March at the Geneva Auto Show. It will be taking the place of the Vanquish S, which was taken off the market in 2006, and will be the top performing Aston Martin that has been built.
