Audi Takes Home Top Manufacturer Title At British Car Security Awards

Audi TT RoadsterThis year marked the fifth British Insurance Car Security Awards and Audi seemed to triumph over them all alongside Citroen. Audi was given the title of Top Manufacturer, and won the Compact Executive, Open-Top, and Performance Car categories. The cars that made it were the A4, S8, and the TT Roadster.

Unfortunately Citroen did one better than Audi in the sense that its cars won four categories: Small Family (C4 Exclusive), Family (C5 Exclusive), Compact MPV (C4 Picasso Exclusive) and Executive (C6). Non-Exclusive versions of the first three models have different levels of equipment and did not perform so well.
