2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG
AMG claims this car shares no structural elements with other Benzes, and built it just to show how sporty they can build a Mercedes. We believe it, heck – watching the video below I’m half expecting it to “Transform” into something inspired by Optimus Prime. The car looks… awe inspiring. It sounds… amazing.
A Cockpit. An Engine. Two Wings. Is This Still A Car?
The 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. It’s got a cockpit, gullwing doors and an engine that claims a 3.7 second 0-60 and a top speed of nearly 200 miles per hour. As the video suggests, is it still a car? With a 6.3 liter V8 engine pumping out 563 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque, we’re not sure.

This thing is sexy, and expensive! The ‘official’ MSRP hasn’t been published, but it’s estimated to be around $250,000 USD.
What an awesome car! I can’t imagine doing a 360 twist though, my stomache is too weak. Just need that lottery win now
I’d think from the performance standpoint the 911 Turbo is a much better buy, and it still can manage 8/10ths of the GT the SLS is.
Seriously It is a great car to drive.but It is really expensive to purchase for me.

This new Benz SLS AMG really looks on fire!with all it’s interior & exterior design.Color and Engine like a great combination sure sounds to me one hell of a car to buy.
