Chevrolet Volt
The Chevrolet Volt concept electric vehicle is a four-passenger, battery-powered vehicle that features GM’s first use of the new E-flex electric propulsion system. This allows flexibility in fuel sources for electric vehicles. With E-flex, the vehicle will always be driven by the electric motor, but it can be changed to charge the battery with electricity from a fuel cell, generated by an engine or from plugging it to the power grid.
2008 Audi R8
Various German carmakers have been promising to bring an exotic, high-powered mid-engined sports car to America ever since Mercedes showed the C111 Wankel-powered road burner in 1970. The closest they ever came was the recent $450,000 Porsche Carrera GT. Now Audi is showing a new middle-motored exotic that will come to market for less than a fourth of the Porsche’s original price.

Kia Motors America released during a press conference the all-new Kia Kue crossover concept vehicle at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The press conference also served as the official public debut in North America for Peter Schreyer, new global design chief of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC).
2007 Jagaur XF
Jaguar just delivered the first images and information on the 2008 Jaguar S-Type, but most people won’t even notice anything different from the previous five model years. That’s because Jaguar is replacing the S-Type with an all-new sedan called the XF in early 2008.
