It used to be that the muscle cars were built and bought based upon the amount of power that was under the hood. Customers loved their sleek look and the ability they had to go faster than anyone else on the road no matter what the cost. But now customers cannot afford this luxury and automakers – like Ford – are designing their well known muscle cars with a fuel economy plan that will help to save as much money as possible.
AMG claims this car shares no structural elements with other Benzes, and built it just to show how sporty they can build a Mercedes. We believe it, heck – watching the video below I’m half expecting it to “Transform” into something inspired by Optimus Prime. The car looks… awe inspiring. It sounds… amazing.

But now has decided to diversify just a little bit with its new concept car the Lexus LF-Ch Compact Hybrid that has already been seen at the Frankfurt Auto Show on September 15, 2009 but will make its North American debut in December at that 2009 Los Angles Auto Show.
